Закончил в Пироте школу поваров в 2002 году, а в 2006 году Высшую кулинарную школу в Белграде. В Сербии, в 2001, 2002 и 2003 годах участвовал в Лесковачкой роштилияде. В 2009 году участвовал в Ракии фест. Принимал участие в Сланинияде и Купусияде в Качарево. Работал в ресторанах Сербии, Болгарии, Черногории, Греции, Германии и Италии. В 2014 году приехал в Санкт-Петербург. В Санкт-Петербурге работал в ресторанах: «Белград», «Serbish», «Гужва»; «История» в Выборге; «Eat street» в Москве.  В 2019 году принимал участие в Чемпионате мира по национальным кухням, который проводился в Санкт-Петербурге на Васильевском острове и на котором было представлено более сорока кухонь мира.  Каждый год принимает участие в фестивалях, проходящих летом на Севкабеле в Санкт-Петербурге. На сегодняшний день Драгослав Денчич является самым молодым из шеф-поваров, работающих в ресторанах балканской кухни в России.
